The Academy for Innovation in Medicine (AIM) launched as Georgia’s first STEMM-focused public charter school — integrating Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medicine. As a brand-new institution, AIM faced the dual challenge of introducing an entirely new school model while simultaneously driving enrollment, building trust, and establishing credibility across multiple counties.
