Michelle Taylor Willis
Founder and CEO

Michelle Taylor Willis, is an award-winning speaker, media personality, author, and entrepreneur. She is the host of the According to Michelle TV and radio shows. Michelle is a master strategist and connector, and has owned two magazines (one which she launched). She has been recognized several times as “Atlanta’s Top 100 Women of Influence,” “Top Businessperson,” and was recently named ”Top 25 Most Extraordinary Atlantans.” Michelle has received a proclamation from the Secretary of State and a resolution from the House of Representatives for Georgia. She is married with four sons.

Kyra Hatter
Director of Operations

Kyra Hatter is the Director of Operations for MTW, with experience managing virtual and nationwide support teams and creating company-wide process improvement for Fortune 100 companies. Her background is in strategy, project management, and systems with a solutions minded approach.

Kyra is fueled by her passion for problem-solving. She considers herself a ‘forever student,’ eager to both build on her academic foundations and work experience to stay ahead in the lane of business production and development. 

There is never a dull moment at home with 4 kiddos her husband in Marietta, GA.

Regan Toomer
Lead Communications Strategist

Regan Toomer is an award-winning journalist with more than two decades of experience. She brought insightful and creative storytelling during her tenure as a reporter in Atlanta, Chicago, Nashville, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., and is skilled in broadcast, print and public relations. 

Her career also includes communications positions for Delta Air Lines, Porsche Cars North America, Randstad and WestRock.

Regan’s previous tenure as an education and political reporter for The Philadelphia Tribune included her outstanding coverage of the 2008 United States Presidential primary election. She has also served as a political commentator for WRNB in Philadelphia. Regan has been featured as a contributing writer in Atlanta’s SoFu Lifestyle Magazine and Atlanta Tribune: The Magazine.

Collin Shamley
Associate Producer

Collin is a graduate of The University of Georgia’s Entertainment and Media Studies program and has a certificate in Music Business. He has a passion for storytelling and loves to bring out creativity in others. He has years of experience writing lifestyle and music articles for online and print publications. Collin serves as Associate Producer for Gagnant Media, where he reaches out to and books guests for the radio and TV show, as well as schedules B-roll. He also provides creative input for the shows. As an emerging screenwriter Collin loves crafting personal narratives. In addition to writing for film and television he enjoys writing across other mediums including poetry, plays, and short stories.

Desrea Elcock
Intern

Desrea Elcock is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor's in Communication Studies. She serves as an intern assisting with the According to Michelle TV show and the Over the Top with Michelle Taylor Willis radio show.

In her free time, Desrea works with a grassroots environmental group based in Atlanta, GA as the Media & Communications Lead Organizer. She's also passionate about music and film.

Kaeyla Willis
Digital Communications

Kaeyla Willis is a visual storyteller, marketing strategist, and people connector. She helps small businesses set and achieve their goals through marketing strategy and campaign development. Be it developing and updating websites or planning out your next marketing campaign, Kaeyla works with small businesses to meet their digital goals.
